It was an absolutely gorgeous day for a Matthaei Botanical Gardens wedding for Sarah & Alfredo in Ann Arbor. I loved their color choice, that flowery lilac purple — exquisite! It was so lovely with the lush Botanical Gardens around us, and light filtering in from above, like a princess’ garden.

What better place to photograph this sweet, caring couple! At the reception, grapes and vines strung across the hall brought a little bit of the Botanical Gardens’ magic to the party. To end the night, I absolutely loved their night shots among the shadows of tropical trees and plants. A sweet time had by all! Thanks Alfredo & Sarah for having us shoot your special day!
