Some thoughts on this wedding…
Oak Arbor Church & Banquet Facility of Rochester is one of the most unique wedding venues in this area and thank you to my good friend Mandy Steen from Oak Arbor for sending Sara & Jason our way. Oak Arbor is the perfect setting amidst beautiful woods with glorious windows, and having both the church and the banquet facility in one location, the planning is made easy.
Oak Arbor Church…
The church is amazing! I have always found winter weddings so beautiful and such a romantic time– this was no exception. After some time getting ready, Sara walked down the aisle with the most beautiful smile on her face. Notice the little flower girl, she just laid down and fell asleep during the ceremony– adorable! Sara’s father gave one of the most moving toasts I have heard in a long time, telling the story of how Sara & her brother came to be a part of the family many years ago.
There was not a dry eye in the house, including me. Sara and Jason certainly had a good time at their wedding along with all of their guests. There were many tears, laughter and so much fun and we wish them much happiness in their life together.
We can’t wait for our next Rochester wedding!
