Reagan & Logan Bentley Banquet Conference Center Wyandotte MI with stops at Bishop Park Wyandotte & Elizabeth Park Trenton

July 15
Getting ready & off to the parks…

Reagan and Logan’s wedding at the Bentley Banquet & Conference Center in Wyandotte was a fantastic return in May and our first wedding back after things began to open up after the Covid-19 lock-down.  We designated this a micro wedding because of the smaller size of the group in attendance.  Just close family and friends.  The couple met up at the Bentley for getting ready pictures before the service. Reagan looked fantastic in her dress. Logan and his men, mostly hockey players, looked handsome. Logan played for Michigan State and looks like he is headed for the pros.  The couple got ready and did their first look in the gardens at the Bentley.

We then jumped in cars and everybody headed down to Bishop Park in Wyandotte for some fun in the sun. I love the shot of Logan spinning her under a tree down by the water. It’s a gorgeous shot. We then made a trek down to Elizabeth Park in Trenton for a few quick shots. The ground was wet and we couldn’t do much and stuck to the bridges mostly. We headed back to the Bentley and for a few family photos before the guests were seated and everyone took up their places.

The Service…

The service was beautiful! Everyone watched as the couple enjoyed and shared vows with one another. After the service there was a small receiving line but it was social distancing all the way. Interesting how you can have a receiving line without getting too close to people. It worked great. It was a lot of fun and very ingenious. After cocktails, the couple came into the room to a great round of applause. They cut their cake then took to the dance floor. It’s always nice to see the first dance upon arrival into the room.

The party…

After the dinner the family jumped out on the dance floor and had a great time. I think everyone seemed careful about a bit of distancing but it’s hard not to have fun and sit on the sidelines. People want to dance and enjoy themselves. Toward sunset, we went outside for a few more shots in the garden. We also got a chance to get a nice shot of the guys lighting up their cigars and enjoying an evening outside in the fresh air. We wish them the best. Hope you enjoy the pictures and hope to see you all again soon.

We can’t wait for our next Bentley Banquet wedding!    If you are looking for a great spot to host your wedding, give Kelly Richards at the Bentley a call and tell them we sent you their way!  Her phone is 734-285-4044.
