In the beginning…
When Kevin and JoAnn approached us at the studio asking us to photograph their wedding we were excited from the start. We knew it was going to be a good day! The planning for the wedding took place and the couple was very organized. They started off at Plymouth Manor, a beautiful venue in downtown Plymouth Michigan. The ladies and gentlemen got ready in respective rooms. The excitement built as the service got closer and closer. We met a lot of really nice people, everyone was very cheerful.
The Service…
The service took place in the small banquet room. It was especially designed for this purpose some years back and works perfect for smaller weddings. The service was beautiful and very well done by a close friend. After the service we did a few family shots and then headed off into downtown Plymouth. They spent about 30 to 45 minutes roaming around Plymouth getting some really pretty shots of just the bride and groom. The guest stayed back at the reception and enjoyed cocktails. When the couple arrived back at the reception everyone was seated and ready for the introductions.
The Party…
The party was on! They were introduced into the room to a ruckus and joyous applause. There was so much excitement in the room. Some meaningful toasts were made and everyone enjoyed a fabulous dinner. After dinner the couple took to the dance floor for their first dance. Just look at the smiles on their faces. What a beautiful night. A little later in the evening the couple went out for a few night shots. We wish Kevin and JoAnn the very best in life. It was so much fun to be around them and enjoy a great celebration. We hope to see you again at the next event. Until then, enjoy your photos and be well.
