A baptism at St. James the Greater Novi MI…
We started out at the church for Franco’s baptism. It was a wonderful event with several families we’ve known for many years. We have photographed many weddings at St. James over the years and understand what it takes to get great shots. It strikes me that you’ve got a wonderful congregation with many good families in the Novi area that belong to this parish.
This group was no exception. We later designed their album with the key moment of the baptism as well as a wonderful dinner gathering they put together for the family at La Bistecca Italian Grille in Plymouth. The baptism service took about 30 minutes then we stayed and took some family photos of the groups. Maybe 20 minutes was spent on family photos.

We then made our way over to La Bistecca Italian bistro in Plymouth. The families all gathered for a fabulous meal. A wonderful event and a great gathering spot. La Bistecca is known for their food and hospitality and they pulled out all the stops for the family. Yes little guy was passed around to everyone and seemed like a very good natured little fella. All the aunts and uncles doted over Franco.
We made our way around to the tables for some family groupings as well as several combinations of family groupings that the couple wanted to capture. These events are so much fun to see and watch the families grow. We’ve done several family photo shoots and weddings for this group and we hope you enjoy looking over the photos.
