A Ss. Mary & Joseph Chapel Wedding

What a SPECTACULAR Penna’s of Sterling Heights wedding, and what a beautiful story!  From the early morning to the wee hours of the evening, everyone and every detail were just amazing.  So much love and time were put into the planning of this day, and they all enjoyed it to the max!  We split up into 3 teams to cover this wedding, a main photographer with a photojournalist along side.

Getting Ready…

The wedding gown was breathtaking. You certainly can tell by these photos that the family was in great spirits. They had so much fun getting ready.  The grand staircase; the vibrant flowers, even the Christmas tree were just a small portion of this love story.  Once the parents, and bridesmaids were ready, we were off to the one and only St. Johns in Plymouth for the celebration of their wedding vows.

The Service…

The ceremony was held in the gorgeous St. John’s Resort Chapel and afterwards they had a small luncheon downstairs in the Atrium Ballroom.  With some time to spare before the reception started, we wanted to stop at Henry Ford Museum in Greenfield Village and take some photos!  They are beautiful, with their grand staircase and fantastic halls!  We had an absolute ball at the event.
